Assisting Foreign FAA Certificate holders remain in compliance

If your plans are to fly in the United States for either flight training, Validation or TIP-L, as of April 2nd, 2025, or using your FAA Certificate privileges after July 7th, 2025, you will need to designate a U.S. Agent before applying for or utilizing any FAA Certifications.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has implemented recent regulatory changes for individuals who hold or apply for Certificates issued under 14 CFR Part 47, 61, 63, 65, 67, or 107 and who do not have a U.S. physical address of record on file with the FAA are now required to designate a U.S. Agent for service on USAS. The U.S. Agent for service would receive service of FAA documents on behalf of the applicant or Certificate holder.

This requirement is for all who hold an FAA Certificate, FAA Foreign Based Certificate, FAA TIP-L Certificate, UAS (Drone) License, FAA Registered N numbered Aircraft, and A&P Certifications.

This is the reason why we developed this company, we are knowledgeable with FAA protocols and can assist you with any FAA questions you have that pertain to your specific situation, US Agent – Foreign Pilot Services, LLC.

What is a US Agent for service of FAA documents?

Rule § 3.302 defines a US Agent for service as an entity or an adult (18 years or older) with a US address designated by the Certificate holder or applicant to receive FAA documents on their behalf. The US Agent must have a physical US address and PO boxes or mail drops are not acceptable. Jan 7, 2025.

US Agent – Foreign Pilot Services, LLC. ensures that your FAA Documents are handled in accordance with the new requirements in a timely fashion. Delayed correspondence from action deadlines tied to the mailing date can cause suspension of FAA privileges.
